From the Clouds Creative (FTCC) is a graphic and textile design studio based in the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria. FTCC Directors, Elle & Dan Salvato, have been in operation since early 2019.
Elle is a talented Graphic Designer, who’s extensive career portfolio is ‘out of this world’ impressive. Dan is a dynamic manager, who directs FTCC’s business operations. Together they have created a design studio that is extraordinary in its approach, stylistics, and energy.
FTCC has a unique flavour and voice. Their core beliefs, business mission, and creative output set them apart in their industry. Their world is magical – it is from the clouds – it is over the rainbow!
Project Overview
The project’s primary aim was to remain true & loyal to the authenticity of the FTCC brand.
The website copy produced would be a voice revival, with strategic and professional strengthening, not a rewrite.
The project goals were:
To infuse a polished and professional edge to the copy that will appeal to a greater target audience of potential clients.
To create engagement, foster meaningful connection, hold attention, and directly invite the audience to take action.
To eliminate word-for-word repetition and replace it with clever play-on-words and theme alternatives.
To create a stronger marketing pitch with a subconsciously subtle tone - encourage without assumption or demand.
To sharpen the copy with the use of effective verbs, correct grammar and punctuation, and remove cliché terms.
Step over the rainbow and beyond the clouds to a new world with an innovative language.

From the Clouds Creative (FTCC) was born during an intense personal storm. Elle juggled a high-profile corporate career while dealing with severe postnatal depression. She broke through those ‘dark clouds’ with truth and heart-light. Then, Elle & Dan together, courageously put each other and their dreams first.
For them, FTCC represents all that is thrilling and valuable in the world: love, relationships, and creativity. Elle & Dan believe all facets of life should enhance these defining principles.
Elle is a uniquely talented graphic designer with over an enviable decade of experience under her rainbow coordinated belt. A stroll through the FTCC gallery reveals a skin-tingling display of her innovative design. Elle’s energy shines and sings in many design genres. Look at her work and be inspired!
Dan is the mastermind mechanic who makes the wheels & cogs turn and fit, front of house, and behind the scenes. Dan’s priority is support and polishing the creative rainbow. The atmosphere is clear and flows with intent, ensuring each client’s experience is complete.

The FTCC project is ongoing, as their website undergoes its final stages of upgrade. We all await the new copy going live - as well as the changes the latest creative project has to offer. Visit us both for updates - it’s going to be transformative!
The copy project with FTCC was as much the perfect challenge, as it was a dream come true.
It became a pure asymmetry of two worlds: one whose niche is design, the other, words. Both creatively endless - together - a spectacle!
Working with the clear vision and strong authentic voices of Elle & Dan, allowed me as a writer to spread my wings. I was free to fantasise, imagine all possibilities in copy creation, and speak in a magical new language. It was honestly thrilling to work so creatively.
The collaborative process took us through two sets of revisions and ensured all possibilities were explored before making a final decision.
