Making choices and decisions for ourselves is an integral core factor that defines, who we are. Period. I honestly believe it’s that intrinsically simple.

Yes, you got me, that is a statement without balance.

How can something be intrinsical (naturally essential), with all its layers and complexity, remain simple (be present with no difficulty)? From my imaginative perspective - easily.

Consider: We are all naturally-essential beings with our individual complexity, yet what we want, at our integral heart (stripped back to its core) remains simple: love & sustenance.

Our connection to each other is love & emotional sustenance.
